SuperDuper Christmas
I've been super busy trying to make this a SuperDuper Christmas. I'm still not done with my shopping, but will hopefully finish today. My True Love is here with me and my family, which is very nice. I really need someone to lean on and he always knows how to make me feel better. Plus, it's been a long time since we've been alone and it's nice to just go out and goof around without having his work stuff to do as well. We went to see The Chronic(WHAT!)les of Narnia the other day and were the only ones in the theater. OH YEA!!
My family put up the tree late this year, but it was actually a lot of fun. My niece is a riot and is in a bossy stage now so she was telling everyone what their roles were in decorating my parents tree and she was the sweetest thing telling my mom that all she had to do was put the star on top, that she (my niece) would take care of everything else. Yeah, my niece is four. lol!
My mother has been extremely tired and some days doesn't leave her bedroom because it's to much to walk down the stairs. I can't imagine what she feels like. Cancer sucks and it sucks that there is no cure and that people have to have chemotherapy that only makes them feel worse. Sorry to go off.
I hope everyone out there has a healthy, happy holiday and rockin' New Year! Oh, and I hope that the MTA workers in New York end their strike soon because my friend Jody had to ride in a cab with four other people yesterday and one of them kept trying to grab his package. He said she had "the crazy eyes".
